Tulsi, Ginger & Honey Cough Remedy

A time-tested natural home remedy that combines the healing powers of Tulsi (Holy Basil), Ginger, and Honey to fight cough, soothe the throat, and support immunity.

🌿 Ingredients
- 5–7 fresh Tulsi (Holy Basil) leaves
- 1-inch piece of fresh Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 cup Water (for decoction method)
🥄 Method 1: Tulsi–Ginger Decoction (Kadha)
- Crush 1-inch ginger and boil with 1 cup water.
- Add washed Tulsi leaves and let it simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Strain the liquid, allow it to cool slightly.
- Add 1 teaspoon honey and drink warm.
👉 Best for: Cold, congestion, productive cough with mucus.
🥄 Method 2: Raw Tulsi–Ginger–Honey Mix
- Wash and crush Tulsi leaves.
- Grate or crush ginger and extract the juice.
- Mix tulsi juice + ginger juice with 1 teaspoon honey.
- Consume directly.
